1st March, 2022,Flood disaster

This photo, taken from the Murwillimbah Aerodrome Western facing camera, shows the level that flood water got to on Tuesday 1st March. Aircraft in the hangars shown in the photo remain mostly out of the floodwater, unfortunately the aircraft in the centre of the photo was not so lucky. Now the massive cleanup job starts. Our thoughts are with all those who have suffered a loss because of this weeks devasting rain events.
